Energize Organics stands behind our products 100%.  If you purchased our products from one of our partners, you must work directly with them for return or product exchange. Products purchased directly from Energize Organics can always be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase if the product is in unused/new condition, per the following guidelines:

Unused Product
Container must be in its original, sealed and unused condition
Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a full refund or exchange
Refund excludes any paid shipping charges, restocking fees of $15 dollars and/or any handling charges
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
Return shipping and handling charges may apply to undeliverable or refused packages.

Used Product
Once a product has been opened, Energize Organics is un-able to accept the return or refund this product.  Energize Organics stands behind our products and we will consider product replacement.

Manufacture Damage
Energize Organics will replace product for Manufacture Damages (damaged seal, no seal cover).  Required documentation:
Proof of purchase, copy of purchase receipt
Picture of damaged product
Picture of UPC and Lot Code
Picture of Expiration Date
